Earlier this month, Sandra and I visited Tranquility Den Massage in the Princeton Shopping Center for the first time! We were greeted by the owner, Ellen who is also an interior designer and art buyer…and trust me you can tell! The moment you walk in you instantly feel at ease. The decor is zen, contemporary, and worldly.
Ellen’s space has two rooms for large groups, making it the perfect place to host a spa party for your friends! It’s also BYOB. Whether you want to start the evening with a small cocktail party in the entry room and then get your massages, or you want to get right to the massages and bring your wine with you, the space is large and it’s so fun to be in the same room getting your treatments done together! Ellen mentioned to us that she was having a Brunch party where they were bringing in mimosas and bagels and then having massages…I literally cannot think of a more perfect Sunday activity!
Sandra and I both got the Den massage, their signature massage which consisted of a 30 minute chair massage followed by a 60 minute leg and foot massage. Honestly, my legs have never felt softer! I walked out of there standing up so straight, and feeling like I was walking on air. The best part? Sandra was right next to me the whole time. It was fun and comforting knowing she was there. We drank tea that Ellen provided, but next time we will be bringing the champagne for sure!
